Recommended frequency for water changes
When using the standard disinfection system (UV + Filtration), we recommend changing the water every 2 weeks if the tub is used daily for residential use and no chemicals are used.
For commercial use, it may be necessary to change the water weekly depending on the level of use.
With the automated disinfection system (chemical dispenser), the water stays clean for months. We recommend emptying and cleaning the tub every 3 to 4 months.
To extend the time between water changes, be sure to rinse before entering the ice bath. This is especially important if you have used a sauna or exercised. Going directly from the sauna to the ice bath will require more water changes.
For commercial use, all customers must be required to rinse after sauna or exercise before entering the ice bath.
Speed to cool or heat the water
The time will depend on the size of the model chosen and the ambient temperature. If we assume an outside temperature of 20°C, the system increases or decreases by about 3 degrees per hour.
Electrical requirement
No model requires a three-phase connection. They can be used in countries with 220V and 110V.

Water quality
The sanitation system uses ultraviolet light sanitation, which is changed annually, and two 1-micron particle filters to provide you with clean, clear water.
An automatic chemical dosing system is also available as an option, designed for locations where regulations require it.
